Scientific activities. In 2001 he graduated from Sumy State University, specialty: Management. In 2005 he defended his PhD thesis. Since 2005 he has worked as a Senior Lecturer in the department of Economics of Sumy State University. Since 2012 he has been working as an Associate Professor of Economics and Business Administration Department.
For methodological support of educational courses taught by Mazin Y.O., he developed and published training manuals and textbooks (in collaboration) with the stamp of Ministry of Science and Education of Ukraine, lecture notes, as well as guidelines for the performing practical training, individual work, and mandatory homework.
Mazin Y. has supervised students with course works since 2002, students and listeners of postgraduate education trainees center with bachelor’s, master’s and diploma works of since 2005, carries reviewing of bachelor works for students of specialty “Economics of Enterprise” of full-time and distance learning forms since 2006. Also Mazin Y. A. carries out consultations on the economic part of the diploma for students of specialty “Energy management”.
Mazin Y. engaged in scientific research in the field of economics of enterprise, environmental economics, economics of resource and energy conservation, economics of energetic. He engages students to this work. Under the supervision of Mazin Y. there were prepared and published a number of reports by students of full-time and part-time modes of study of the Faculty of Economics and Management in the science conferences’ proceedings (2001-2012).
Mazin Y. has 31 publications, including 27 scientific and 4 educational and methodical ones.
