On September 28, 2026, the dissertation defense by Inna Oleksiivna Balahurovska for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 073 “Management” took place at Sumy State University.
\nThe dissertation topic was “Development of Methodological Foundations for Assessing Leadership Style Effectiveness.”
\nThe defense was conducted within the framework of a Cotutelle Agreement between Sumy State University and the Silesian University of Technology (Politechnika \u015al\u0105ska). Professor L.H. Melnyk, Doctor of Economic Sciences, served as the Chair of the ad hoc specialized academic council representing Sumy State University.
\nFollowing the defense, Inna Balahurovska was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in the field of knowledge 07 “Management and Administration,” specialty 073 “Management.”
