<\/a><\/p>\nAs part of the training course\u00a0\u201cEuropean Practices of Scientific Excellence in the Digital Era\u201d, implemented with the support of the\u00a0European Commission\u00a0under the\u00a0Jean Monnet Chair EU_STRENGHTS*\u00a0project, regular training sessions were held on\u00a0January 12 and 13, 2026. These sessions were dedicated to the application of the\u00a0best European practices in data analysis, academic writing, and the publication of scientific research results.<\/p>\n
On\u00a0January 12, the training focused on the topic\u00a0\u201cFundamentals of Data Analysis in STATA.\u201d\u00a0Together with\u00a0Oleksandr Kubatko, Head of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration, course participants mastered basic tools of quantitative data analysis, approaches to interpreting results, and the possibilities of using STATA in applied economic and interdisciplinary research in accordance with the standards of the\u00a0European Research Area. The practical format of the sessions combined hands-on data work with the analysis of real research cases.<\/p>\n
On\u00a0January 13, the training activities were dedicated to the\u00a0best European practices of academic writing and publishing research results. During the lecture and training session delivered by\u00a0Professor Oleksandr Kubatko, the requirements of international scientific journals, as well as the principles of academic integrity and research ethics, were addressed. Special attention was given to a practical training session on the use of the\u00a0Zotero\u00a0bibliographic manager, which is widely used in the European academic community for reference management and proper citation formatting. This session was conducted by\u00a0Associate Professor Inna Koblianska.<\/p>\n
All training sessions of the course are built on\u00a0European standards of scientific excellence\u00a0and are aimed at developing research competencies necessary for integration into the\u00a0European Research and Education Area.<\/p>\n
