As part of the training course\u00a0\u201cInnovative Entrepreneurship and Startups in the EU (Experience for Ukraine)\u201d, implemented with the support of the\u00a0European Commission\u00a0within the framework of the\u00a0Jean Monnet Chair EU_STRENGHTS*\u00a0project, regular training sessions were held on\u00a0January 12\u201313, 2026. These sessions, delivered by\u00a0Vitaliy Omelyanenko, were dedicated to the development of business and startups based on\u00a0best European practices.
\nThe course is taught by\u00a0Professor Oleksandr Kubatko, Head of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration, while the project is managed by\u00a0Associate Professor Inna Koblianska.<\/p>\n

On\u00a0January 12, course participants studied the\u00a0financing landscape in the European Union, financial strategies, and\u00a0grant opportunities for business. During the lectures and training sessions, key EU instruments for supporting entrepreneurship were discussed, along with the possibilities for adapting them to the needs of Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises.<\/p>\n

On\u00a0January 13, the training focused on\u00a0adapting business models to EU markets,\u00a0scaling up operations, and\u00a0business internationalisation. Participants analysed the main challenges and opportunities for SMEs entering European markets, drawing on practical cases and the experience of EU countries.<\/p>\n

The course combines\u00a0European approaches to innovative entrepreneurship, practical tools, and expert knowledge, contributing to the development of competencies necessary for business and startup growth within the\u00a0European economic space.<\/p>\n
