On November 4, 2025, Pavlo Hrytsenko, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Economics and Business Administration, conducted a dynamic and practical training session titled \u201cThe Key to Successful Business\u201d at the SumDU Machine-Building College for students of the D3 Management \/ 076 Entrepreneurship and Trade program. The event aimed to combine learning with real-world motivation.<\/p>\n

During the session, two student teams went through the main stages of building a business: from idea generation and defining a product\u2019s uniqueness to analyzing the target audience, choosing communication channels, and developing an advertising strategy. The work was energetic, collaborative, and closely aligned with real business processes.<\/p>\n

As a result, participants not only gained valuable knowledge but also saw how an idea transforms into a well-structured mini business plan, allowing them to feel like true young entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n
