The implementer of the Jean Monnet Module \u201cYouth and Business: EU Practices for Cooperation\u201d, Vladyslav Piven, took part in the Young Leaders Forum within the framework of the annual Yalta European Strategy (YES) conference, which was held on September 12\u201313 in Kyiv.<\/p>\n

The event gathered more than 800 leading politicians, diplomats, business representatives, veterans, civil society activists, and experts from over 30 countries worldwide. Among the key speakers of the Forum were Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom (2019\u20132022); Rados\u0142aw Sikorski, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland; Niall Ferguson, Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution of Stanford University; Timothy Snyder, Professor of History at Yale University; and others.<\/p>\n

The conference discussions focused on Ukraine\u2019s European integration, post-war recovery, as well as economic and social challenges of the modern world. A particularly important theme was the role of youth in shaping politics, entrepreneurship, and the academic environment. Experts stressed that the young generation is a powerful driver of transformation in both the public and business sectors, and that ensuring their engagement in change must be a priority of public policy.<\/p>\n

During the panel discussions of the conference and informal networking, the results of the Jean Monnet Module \u201cYouth and Business: EU Practices for Cooperation\u201d (101126538 \u2014 YouthBEU \u2014 ERASMUS-JMO-2023-HEI-TCH-RSCH) (2023\u20132026) were applied.<\/p>\n
