On June 17, 2025, a round table titled\u00a0\u201cEU Innovation System and Lessons for Ukraine\u201d\u00a0was held, bringing together first-year master\u2019s students of the specialty\u00a0076 Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities\u00a0(group PTL.m\u201341) and\u00a0051 Economics\u00a0(group E.mdn\u201341p), along with faculty members of the Academic and Research Institute of Business, Economics and Management of Sumy State University. A total of\u00a022 participants\u00a0took part in the event.<\/p>\n

The round table served as the final event for the\u00a0\u201cBusiness and Innovation\u201d\u00a0course. At the beginning of the event, the results of the\u00a0EU_STRENGHTS\u00a0project implementation were presented. During the discussion, participants shared their views on the functioning of the innovation ecosystem and analysed current trends in the development of innovation activities in the EU and Ukraine in the context of digital transformation. Special attention was given to the prospects of implementing best European practices for promoting and supporting innovation in the Ukrainian context.<\/p>\n

The event was organised within the framework of the\u00a0Jean Monnet Chair\u00a0project\u00a0\u201cStrengthening EU Leadership and Capacity in Science and Innovation\u201d\u00a0(101175767\u2014EU_STRENGHTS\u2014ERASMUS-JMO-2024-HEI-TCH-RSCH), funded by the\u00a0European Union.<\/p>\n

The round table was moderated by\u00a0Inna Koblianska, course instructor and leader of the EU_STRENGHTS project.<\/p>\n
