The presentations were delivered by students from group\u00a0DIPS2-201, who received valuable advice and expert feedback on how to improve and further develop their business ideas from\u00a0Oleksandr Kubatko\u00a0and\u00a0Bohdan Kovalov, trainers at the SumDU Business School.<\/p>\n<p>The course was taught by\u00a0Inna Koblianska, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Business Administration, and the project leader of the\u00a0Jean Monnet Chair \u201cStrengthening EU Leadership and Capacity in Science and Innovation\u201d (101175767\u2014EU_STRENGHTS\u2014ERASMUS-JMO-2024-HEI-TCH-RSCH), under which this course was implemented.<\/p>\n<p>The course program integrated both\u00a0Ukrainian teaching experience in innovative entrepreneurship\u00a0(in particular, materials developed by the\u00a0YEP agency) and\u00a0European approaches to startup development. Special attention was paid to the functioning of the European innovation ecosystem, market trends, scaling strategies, and EU tools for startup support. The practical part of the course was based on case studies and problem-based learning approaches.<\/p>\n<p>Students presented a wide range of innovative ideas, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>automation of water purification processes;<\/li>\n<li>electricity generation from chimney heat energy;<\/li>\n<li>the use of artificial intelligence for marketing activities;<\/li>\n<li>other digital solutions aimed at tackling environmental challenges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Most of the projects focus on the use of\u00a0digital technologies\u00a0and\u00a0environmental sustainability, aligning closely with the\u00a0EU\u2019s strategic priorities\u00a0in innovation development.<\/p>\n<p>We sincerely congratulate the students on completing the course and wish them continued success in bringing their creative business ideas to life!<\/p>\n<p>Jean Monnet Chair \u00abStrengthening EU Leadership and Capacity in Science and Innovation\u00bb (101175767\u2014EU_STRENGHTS\u2014ERASMUS-JMO-2024-HEI-TCH-RSCH) 2024-2027.
