Inna Koblianska,\u00a0an associate professor in the Department of Economics,\u00a0Entrepreneurship,\u00a0and Business Administration at Sumy State University,\u00a0has successfully completed the prestigious Study of the U.S.\u00a0Institutes (SUSIs) Scholars program.<\/p>\n

Six weeks of an intensive program (July 13-August 22,\u00a02024),\u00a0spent in the United States,\u00a0transformed Inna’s understanding of American academia,\u00a0culture,\u00a0and innovation.<\/p>\n

An Academic Journey to the Heart of American Scholarship<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of the program,\u00a0Inna attended lectures by leading scholars at prestigious universities such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology,\u00a0Harvard Business School,and Columbia University.\u00a0Discussions on pressing global economic issues,\u00a0sustainable development,\u00a0and innovative technologies with world-renowned researchers broadened her professional horizons and provided her with new knowledge.<\/p>\n

Cultural Immersion<\/strong><\/p>\n

Beyond the academic component,\u00a0the SUSI program offered a rich cultural experience.\u00a0Visits to New York City,\u00a0Boston,\u00a0and Washington,\u00a0D.C.,\u00a0interactions with local communities,\u00a0and participation in volunteer projects deepened Inna\u2019s understanding of American culture and values.\u00a0Visits to international organizations such as the Federal Reserve and the International Monetary Fund provided valuable insights into the processes of these institutions.<\/p>\n

Program Outcomes and Future Plans<\/strong><\/p>\n

Participation in the SUSI program was not only a memorable experience for Inna Koblianska but also a powerful catalyst for her professional development.\u00a0The knowledge and skills she acquired will enable her to introduce innovative approaches to the educational process,\u00a0actively participate in international research projects,\u00a0and contribute to the development of the Department of Economics,\u00a0Entrepreneurship,\u00a0and Business Administration at Sumy State University.<\/p>\n
