Diana is a PhD candidate at the Institute of Economic Studies at Charles University and works as a research assistant at the Environment Center at Charles University in Prague. She has a MSc. degree in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Copenhagen. Besides that, she is a participant of a one-year interdisciplinary graduate programme Collegio Futuro, where she worked on a project about nature-based solutions.
\nHer PhD research is focused on healthy and sustainable diets, more specifically the consumption of animal products and their impact on the environment and our health. She is working on a microeconomic study, where the goal is to evaluate associations between the consumption of animal products (specific types of meat and fish) and economic and socio-demographic variables, different consumption habits, dietary patterns, and behaviors of individuals in 5 different EU countries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
