On October 22, 2021, the semi-on-line conference “From Institutionalization to Influence: Development of Analytical Centers in State Universities of Ukraine” was held with the participation of representative University administration, think tanks, international foundations, and embassies. Along with the educational and scientific mission, universities carry out a third mission, which can be implemented within the activities of think tanks.
\nPossibilities and mechanisms of influence of scientific\/analytical research on managerial decisions, organizational and financial challenges, personnel barriers that hinder the institutional development of analytical centers – were discussed by experts chaired by Andriana KOSTENKO, lecturer at the department Jean Monnet. Andriana KOSTENKO is a teacher of the Jean Monnet Chair \u201cEU Economic Policies and Civil Society\u201d (619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR), shared her vision of think tanks tasks for civil society development.<\/p>\n
