\nDuring the month from June 25 to July 20 student of the department of economics and business administration Alina Lavrynenko participated in Summer Academy of the University of Koblenz-Landau (Koblenz, Germany), which is a partner of the SSU.<\/p>\n

\n <\/a><\/a> Alina had the opportunity to gain experience of studying in the European university to the lectures of famous professors. Academy training program offered a choice of subjects according to three main areas: management, information systems and web science. All courses were taught in English. SSU students did 2 courses connected with economics: \u00abEntrepreneurial Design Thinking Course\u00bb was to find problems in the daily life of the German people and to solve them with innovative ideas, and \u00abIntegrated Business Design Course\u00bb is the development of innovative strategies for a particular company. <\/a><\/a> In addition to intensive scientific component of the Summer Academy students were offered to take part in the cultural program, visited German places of interest and were acquainted with local traditions.<\/p>\n

\n\u00abEducation in Germany is different from ours because of its democracy and flexibility. Students have the absolute independence in solving tasks and that fosters a sense of responsibility for the quality of future results, which they certainly bring to real life\u00bb, \u2013 noted Alina Lavrynenko.<\/p>\n
