\n<\/a><\/a>In late February \u2013 early March 2014 Head of the Department of Economics and Business-administration of Sumy State University, director of Institute of Development Economics at Sumy State University, Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine, National Academy of Science of Ukraine Dr. Prof. Leonid Melnyk<\/a> and Associate Professor of the Department of Economics and Business-administration of Sumy State University Yuriy Derev\u2019yanko<\/a> took part in the program of training within the framework of project TEMPUS \u00abSUCSID\u00bb, which were organized by University of Montpellier 2 on the base of Universit\u00e9 Lumi\u00e8re Lyon 2 (France).<\/p>\n

\nThe program of training (internships) passed in four stages.<\/p>\n

\nThe first stage<\/strong> included presentation of job of international scientific team under the guidance of Dr. Prof. Leonid Melnyk and Associate Professor of Development Economics at Sumy State University Oleksandr Kubatko<\/a> about the development of \u00abEntrepreneurship\u00bb course (within the framework of Start Up projects development). In these team the representatives of 3 countries are included: Ukraine, Republic of Moldova and Republic of Belarus.<\/p>\n

\nBasics of team job of universities were performed by Dr. Prof. Leonid Melnyk and Ass. Prof. Yuriy Derev\u2019yanko. In addition the representatives of all universities-participants came forward with lectures about the prosecution of the project.<\/p>\n

\nThe second stage:<\/strong> the teacher of Universit\u00e9 Lumi\u00e8re Lyon 2 Sa\u0457d Yahiaoui acquainted with the features of studying and teaching of course \u00ab Entrepreneurship\u00bb in the French universities. In addition he told about general features doing business in France.<\/p>\n

\nOn the third stage<\/strong> before the participants the representatives of French business came forward from the most different spheres. Among coming forward were:<\/p>\n

  1. \nSandrine Collot, presenting the National information center on rights for women and family (CIDFF), being unprofitable organization, in which about 40 persons (on all France of 144 similar centers) work and an aim of which is to help women to open the business, equality of rights of men and women in all spheres and advancement of idea of \u00abmother-businessman\u00bb (in schools, as motivation for girls in the future to create not only the family but also business).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \nProfessor Jean – Hugues Chauchat from Universit\u00e9 Lumi\u00e8re Lyon 2 and Sandrine Collot before her lecture<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. \nJean Luc Beau graduated one of leading business-schools of Europe and the best business-school of France; he had a large experience in a company Peugeot. However after some time decided to go away from a company and found the private business, even in spite of obvious loss in a profit.<\/li>\n
    2. \nAnne Bonnier, heading the unprofitable cooperative store of businessmen \u00abELYCOOP\u00bb. In such cooperative stores about 2 million persons work in France. In this company every hired worker has a right to one vote regardless of his contribution to the enterprise.<\/li>\n
    3. \nSemen Shkhovtsov, graduated Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics and now he is an IT- businessman in Paris.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \nIn the background – Prof. Iryna Zolotaryova, head of the French-Ukrainian master’s degree program<\/em><\/p>\n

      \nThe fourth stage<\/strong> consisted in realization of business-game of \u00abKalypso\u00bb, which is the game of middle level in many business-schools of France. Essence of game consists in a management a production of ships company of different type within the framework of her competitive activity with the producers of similar boats. All participants were divided into 6 commands. Team from one Sumy and two charming ladies from Kharkiv under \u00absensitive guidance\u00bb of Dr. Prof. Leonid Melnyk (that-and that’s he is able manage women) took the second place from six possible, going round many international teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \nUkrainian-Belarussian team of Ass. Prof. Yuriy Derev\u2019yanko<\/em><\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

      \nFifth stage,<\/strong> which, to tell the truth, appeared successfully combined with all previous stages was sanctified to the \u00abfield researches\u00bb on territory of remarkable Lyon city.<\/p>\n

      \nA fate presented unique possibility to support FC \u00abChornomorets\u00bb in a game against \u00abOlympic Lyon\u00bb. And only due to mad support of the Ukrainian fans, with the support of Moldavians and Belaruss, all first period of staying on territory of conditional \u00abopponent\u00bb (being directly in the fan-sector of \u201cOlympic Lyon\u201d), FC \u00abChornomorets\u00bb lost with the minimum account of 0:1! French hammered in only one goal – and that is casual.<\/p>\n

      \n<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

      \nOn a match FC \u00abChornomorets\u00bb against \u00abOlympic Lyon\u00bb of UEFA Europa League<\/em><\/p>\n

      \nFurther pedestrian researches of city educed unique and so necessary practical skills and knowledge which necessarily will be used in further scientific researches of employees of Development Economics at Sumy State University.<\/p>\n

      \n<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

      \nOn the highest point of Lyon at Basilique Notre-Dame de Fourvi\u00e8re<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

      \nA hotel where participants lived, carries the historical name \u00abVerdun\u00bb is this place which the largest battle of First World War took place<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

      \nThe Lyon statue of freedom so remarkably harmonizes with so near to the heart of Prof. Leonid Melnyk by a basket-ball shield and so beckoning to Ass. Prof. Yuriy Derev\u2019yanko by a football gate<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

      \nSport ground on an embankment in \u00abtwo steps\u00bb from Universit\u00e9 Lumi\u00e8re Lyon 2. Here in a quiet and comfortable place, it is not nearly felt that a noisy municipal highway passes in a few meters above. All noise leaves three meters higher – \u00ababove a head\u00bb. It is also ecological and economic decision.<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

      \nIt is difficult to believe that quite recently in place of this embankment, where today comfortably to both the students and pensioners playing petank, there was the dirty and noisy car parking. These are the real steps of Lyon municipalities to sustainable development.<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

      \nAn embankment of the river of Rhone is a place of the former parking<\/em><\/p>\n

      \n<\/a><\/a><\/p>\n

      \nBicycles on rent in the street of Verdun is another detail of Lyon sustainable development<\/em><\/p>\n

      \nThe real spring already came in Lyon<\/em><\/p>\n

      \nIn this Roman amphitheater which is more than thousand years, it is good to rehearse lecture on <\/em>entrepreneurship Start Up<\/em><\/p>\n
