\nOlympiad Silver Medal in the Discipline “Statistics”\t\t\t<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

\n<\/a><\/a>April 15-17 at the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Auditing stage II of Ukrainian Olympiad in discipline “Statistics” was held. Sumy State University was presented by the “Economics of Enterprise” specialty students Andriy Iskakov, Jeanne Pronikova and Anastasia Bavykina.<\/p>\n

\nAccording to the results of the Olympiad second-year student Anastasia Bavykina ascended the podium, winning second place in the overall standings. Andriy Iskakov and Jeanne Pronikova also showed good results and entered the top ten.<\/p>\n

\n<\/a><\/a>Let us recall that last year Jeanne and Anastasia already occupied fourth and fifth place in the Olympiad. An effective preparation for the Olympiad appears as a background for achieving consistently high results. Professor of Economics and BA Mykola K. Shapochka<\/a> and Associate Professor of Economics and BA Oleksandr M. Matsenko<\/a> were the head and trainers of students team, but Oleksandr M. Matsenko could not join the team because he was drafted into the Armed Forces and is currently in service on the state border of Ukraine<\/a>.<\/p>\n
