International scientific and practical conference \u201cEconomic problems of sustainable development\u201d at SSU. This year conferences united participants from 12 world countries \u2013 Ukraine, Poland, Israel, Canada, Hungary, Belarus and others.<\/p>\n<p>\nNew format to held conferences let participants and everyone who wished to listen to lectures and reports of the experienced scientists and also to joint more fruitful discussions concerning sustainable development, economics of nature management, rational resource using and so on. Rich program included scientific events, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li >\n<a href=\"http:\/\/econ.fem.sumdu.edu.ua\/images\/stories\/menu\/news-n-ads\/news\/2013-2014\/2014-05-26\/2014-05-26_2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><a class=\"image-wrapper\" href=\"https:\/\/econ.biem.sumdu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/image_1781-1.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image-old lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/econ.biem.sumdu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/image_1781-1.png\"><\/a><\/a>plenary meeting, where Prof. Samuel Chain (Israel), Alexandr Romanko (Canada) and <a href=\"http:\/\/econ.fem.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/employees\/head-of-department\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leonid Melnik<\/a> (Ukraine) appeared;<\/li>\n<li >\nsectional meetings, where students and scientists of Ukraine, neighboring countries and beyond presented their reports;<\/li>\n<li >\nopen lectures of <a href=\"http:\/\/fem.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/news\/news\/1902-narodzhennja-novo-tradic-vdkritih-lekcj-oleksandr-romanko-kanada.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alexandr Romanko<\/a> (Canada), <a href=\"http:\/\/fem.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/news\/news\/1903-vdkrita-lekcja-samuelja-chejna-parlament-zralju.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Samuel Chain<\/a> (Israel), Jan Cebulya (Poland).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nAlso participants of the conference jointed celebration of Economics and Management Week, which included a few cultural events, dedicated to 23-year FEM anniversary.<\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/econ.fem.sumdu.edu.ua\/images\/stories\/menu\/news-n-ads\/news\/2013-2014\/2014-05-26\/2014-05-26_3.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><a class=\"image-wrapper\" href=\"https:\/\/econ.biem.sumdu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/image_1782-1.png\" data-rel=\"lightbox\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"image-old lazyload\" src=\"data:image\/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAAAAACH5BAEKAAEALAAAAAABAAEAAAICTAEAOw==\" data-src=\"https:\/\/econ.biem.sumdu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/image_1782-1.png\"><\/a><\/a>\u201cSuch conferences at Sumy State University show the wide possibilities of HEI. Thank to cooperation with foreign HEIs students can get education in Poland by the program of double diploma\u201d, \u2013 FEM Dean Dr of Economics, Prof. <a href=\"http:\/\/econ.fem.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/employees\/head-of-department\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Olga Prokopenko<\/a> affirmed.<\/p>\n<p>\nPress-secretary of the Green Knesset project (Israel Parliament) Dr Samuel Chain pointed out the high level of conferences. \u201cI was greatly impressed with materials of the previous conferences. Scientific events of SSU are able to change the relation of society to the environment.
