(Simply about complex things)\u201d  by Prof. L.G. Melnyk, Head of the Department of Economics and Business Administration, Director of the Institute for Development Economics, was awarded a special certificate from the State Fund for Fundamental Study of Ukraine (SFFS). The competition of scientific and popular publications was held jointly by SFFS, Ministry of Education and Science and National Academy of Science of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>\nIn a popular form fairy tales, parables, anecdotes and poems illustrate basic laws of systems development.
