At the plenary session he presented a scientific report: &#8220;Phase transition to green economy&#8221;. The report aroused great interest and many questions.<\/div>\n<div>\nThe conference was held in Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics May 31 \u2013 June 01 2018.
