\nThe book analyzes the causes of the phenomenal social and economic success of the Holy Cross Labor Brotherhood, founded by N.N. Neplyuev. This fraternity surprised the world with its organization, moral principles and innovations, which were much ahead of their time.<\/div>\n

\nThe book summarizes the work of the author on this topic for 10 years.<\/div>\n

\nNoting the hard work in the work on the monograph, the Sumy Regional Council awarded L.G. Melnyk with honorary award “For services to Sumy Region” III degree.<\/div>\n
