\nIn the framework of the “Hotel and Restaurant Business” subject, students PE-61 group (specialty “Entrepreneurship, Stock Exchanges and Logistics” and lecturer Chygryn O.Yu. took part in the Forum “Hotel and Restaurant Business in Sumy Region.” Students had the opportunity to communicate with owners, managers and specialists of hotel and restaurant business from different regions of Ukraine – Kiev, Lviv, Odessa, Zaporozhye.<\/div>\n
\nAmong the invited speakers of the forum were: Andriy Krivonos, Head of the Association of franchising (Kiev); Julia Kosenko, expert, owner of the consulting company Norres Kees, expert of the hospitality academy magazines the “Hotelier” and the “Restaurateur” (Odesa); Sergiy Yakovlev, Regional Operations Director, Reikartz Hotel Group (Kiev); Volodymyr Kolesnik, owner of the hostel and development manager of the Dream Hotels network (Zaporozhye); Andriy Valovyy, NorRes expert, manager of the international consulting company DKTeam, director of the development of the Western Shef Group Cooking Association, founder of the gastronomic project 13 Chefs \/ Project, project PRO.100 (Lviv).<\/div>\n
