\nApril 28, 2020, within the framework of a practical lesson on the discipline \u201cBusiness Support\u201d, third-year students of the specialty \u201cEntrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities\u201d held a video meeting (lecturer Yevhen Kovalenko) with representatives of microbusiness from Sumy – Sergey Filonenko<\/a> and Victoria Makerskaya<\/a>, who are co-owners of the coffee shop and floristry studio “Drevo Jelaniy<\/a>“.<\/p>\n

\nEntrepreneurs willingly shared their experience and gave advice how to organize own business, optimize business processes, and possibilities of using modern information and communication technologies in the promotion of goods and services.<\/p>\n

\nDuring the discussion with entrepreneurs, students were able to learn about the specificities of doing business in quarantine, under state supervision and control over business activity, and also about competition and cooperation.<\/p>\n

\nSergiy and Victoria also spoke about their own experience in participating in a business support program (in particular, about the experience of receiving financial assistance from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development).<\/p>\n
