\nThe webinar program included the following topics:<\/p>\n

\n1) Stages of the M&A agreement: the path from intentions to closure;<\/p>\n

\n2) Case: an analysis of one of the past M&A deals of Yevhen Kudrytsky;<\/p>\n

\n3) Interactive question and answer session.<\/p>\n

\nThe topic of the webinar, practical issues covered by the specialist, are directly disclosed features of competitive strategies of companies in the global business environment (course topic \u201cCompetition in the global business environment\u201d).<\/p>\n

\nOn the topic of the webinar, students will prepare and present for discussion within the course practical cases of Ukrainian companies.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
