Sumy: Sumy State University, 2021 &#8211; 338 p.<\/div>\n<div>\nThe monograph presents the results as a budget topic, which for three years was performed at the department under the leadership of Prof. L.G. Melnyk, and two Jean Monnet projects (Chair level): &#8220;Legislative, environmental and social transition of the EU to sustainable society within Industries 4.0 and 5.0&#8221; (619997-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO- CHAIR) (2020-2023), project leader \u2013 Prof. L. Melnyk and &#8220;EU Economic Policies and Civil Society&#8221; (619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR) (2020-2023), project leader \u2013  Prof. O.
