\n26.04.2021 Maksym Kazantsev, the Business Analyst at Kaustik Europe B.V., (Rotterdam, the Netherlands), conducted a practical class on “Analysis and planning of operating activities of the enterprise.” The meeting was within the framework of teaching the discipline “Strategic Analysis” (lecturer Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Iryna B. Dehtyarova) for 3rd-year bachelor students, group \u0415\u041d-82\/2\u043fe, \u0415\u041d-82\/5-9 who major in 076 “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities.” <\/div>\n
\nM. Kazantsev acquainted students with the practical aspects of the operational activities analysis, net assets, cash flow, and cost analysis. He highlighted the importance of marginal analysis, financial cost planning, the introduction of an internal ERP (enterprise resource planning) system, management reporting, management of receivables and payables, and credit insurance. Bachelor students, group \u0415\u041d-91, who major in “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities” and bachelor students, group E-81, \u0415\u041d-92\/1e, \u0415\u041d-92\/4e-0, who major in “Economics and Business” and associate professors of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and BA also joined the meeting.<\/div>\n
