{"id":92298,"date":"2026-04-27T11:46:18","date_gmt":"2026-04-27T08:46:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/econ.biem.sumdu.edu.ua\/?page_id=92298"},"modified":"2026-04-27T11:46:18","modified_gmt":"2026-04-27T08:46:18","slug":"fundamental-grounds-for-ukraine-s-transition-to-a-digital-economy-based-on-the-implementation-of-industries-3-0-4-0-5-0","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/econ.biem.sumdu.edu.ua\/en\/fundamental-grounds-for-ukraine-s-transition-to-a-digital-economy-based-on-the-implementation-of-industries-3-0-4-0-5-0","title":{"rendered":"Fundamental grounds for Ukraine&#8217;s transition to a digital economy based on the implementation of Industries 3.0; 4.0; 5.0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u2116 0124U000576<\/p>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong> Financed by the state budget of Ukraine in accordance with <a href=\"https:\/\/mon.gov.ua\/npa\/pro-zatverdzhennya-pereliku-proyektiv-fundamentalnih-naukovih-doslidzhen-prikladnih-naukovih-doslidzhen-naukovo-tehnichnih-eksperimentalnih-rozrobok-vikonavcyami-yakih-ye-zakladi-vishoyi-osvi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"external external_icon\">the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated December 27, 2023 No. 1572<\/a> &#8220;On approval of the list of projects of fundamental scientific research, applied scientific research, scientific and technical (experimental) developments, the performers of which are higher education institutions and scientific institutions belonging to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, which have passed competitive selection and the financing of which will begin in 2024 at the expense of the State Budget of Ukraine.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Project start 01.01.2024<\/p>\n<p>Project end 31.12.2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>The relevance of the work <\/strong>is due to the need to rearmament the national economy in accordance with the key areas of socio-economic progress and the needs of building a competitive economy capable of guaranteeing the country&#8217;s security in martial law and dynamic development in the post-war period.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The purpose of the work<\/strong> is to study the fundamental foundations and develop a scientific and methodological complex, as well as practical tools to substantiate strategies for Ukraine&#8217;s transition to a digital economy model based on the implementation of breakthrough technologies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasks of the work: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>develop a concept and tools (theoretical and methodological approaches, basic hypotheses, principles, models, methods, criterion basis, databases, calculation tools) to substantiate the strategy of transition to the digital economy model;<\/li>\n<li>perform an analysis of problem nodes and successful practices (including foreign ones) of transition to the additive production model;<\/li>\n<li>develop recommendations for the institutional sociologization of transformational solutions, as well as activating the potential of social self-organization and business structures of the digital economy;<\/li>\n<li>form a system of indicators and criteria for quantitative assessment of the dynamics of the state of socio-economic and environmental systems;<\/li>\n<li>substantiate and test the following methods: 1) assessment of the effectiveness of the transition of economic systems to additive production methods; 2) assessment of the effects of the viral nature of the spread of breakthrough technologies in economic systems; 3) justification of the tools for ensuring a breakthrough phase transition of economic systems to management based on industries 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The main idea of \u200b\u200bthe project is the necessity and possibility of a breakthrough transition of Ukraine to a new socio-economic model of productive forces and social institutions.
