Department Overview<\/b><\/h2>\n

The Department was established on September 1, 1976<\/b><\/span>, under the name Department of Economics, Organization, and Management of Machine-Building Production<\/i>, following its separation from the Department of Machine-Building Technology.<\/p>\n

Over the course of its development, the Department has undergone several structural and nomenclature transformations reflecting the evolution of economic science and educational priorities. In 1992<\/b><\/span>, it was renamed the Department of Economics<\/i>. In 2011<\/b><\/span>, it was reorganized as the Department of Economics and Business Administration<\/i> (Order No. 795-I dated October 14, 2011). Subsequently, in 2018<\/b><\/span>, it received its current name \u2014 the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Business Administration<\/i> (Order No. 134-I dated February 15, 2018).<\/p>\n

The Department has been led by distinguished scholars, including O.F. Balatskyi, L.H. Melnyk, O.I. Karintseva<\/b><\/span>, and currently O.V. Kubatko<\/b><\/span> (since 2026).<\/p>\n
